Answer:our firm is going to launch our new leather bags collection for women in the market with the name "Cluck sac " bags:

Main feature of these new collection : These colourful bags are made from leather that is developed from the skin of chicken feet after processing. we have processed this skin of chicken feet in Leather tannery and made leather out of it.So, this leather we have used to make our new collection of exotic fashion bags.

Basic attributes of new bags collection:

Experiential and emotional aspects: As we are going to target the middle to upper class women with high income , social lifestyles, adventurous, sexy, edgy & stylish and the teenage girls who are sexy, confident and who love to be appreciated.

As we know that Women in their 20's or 30's are different from teenagers girls. The pull factors for this age group for the choice of bags are: full time jobs, working moms and our bags provide the variety to this age group by providing different sizes of bags. Emotional aspects are based on the different benefits or satisfaction that they get from the use of the product. such as the teenagers girls look for a boost in their popularity and the woman in her 30's also want to stay stylish, so we have designed our bags on basis of these emotional and experiential aspects.

Role of branding in fulfilling customer expectations for our new collection of bags:we are already a renowned brand in fashion bags industry.we know that brand also play an important role in fulfilling the customer expectations. This new collection of bags we are going to launch under the brand name "Cluck sac bags" which represents the leather material we are using for our new bags. Brands associate with the psychological satisfaction of the customers. for our new products we are targeting upper and middle class women so we are entering with higher price range so, that customers perceive our bags as “nicer and premium” to use to enhance their status in society.

Our new collection of bags come under the category of Specialty goods because it has very unique characteristic such as leather material we are using is made from the processing of chicken feet and because of our brand image and brand identification associated with it make it as specialty good. For this new collection, upper class and middle class women buyers are willing to put the special buying efforts.
