Explanation / Answer
Welby will definitely change the trucking industry for better. The plans for changing industry are revolutionary and excellent that is being applied by Welby. Welby is showing the real strategic leadership quality. She cares about food, health, nutrition and yoga to make the company employee or trucker healthy and fit. She is bringing in her expertise in yoga and spirituality to make difference in her company. She is concerned about the values, employee’s life and so do the employee would feel enthusiastic to work for her as well.
If I were Welby, I would have taken up decisions in interest of employees like Welby but I have taken different approach for employee’s solution of problem. I would have recruited more trucker and have given them employment and made trucker work in shift and setup a mechanism wherein the trucker would have to stay local and would not have to travel to different states away from their family.
