For this is specific process positivist paradigm should be used. It is a method used in quantitative research which consists of multiple experiments as well as survey techniques and observations. There are descriptive measures that are used to understand various effect of promotional and ports on the customers. It helps to predict the customer behaviour on the basis of undertaking managerial perspective to improve strategic implementation of marketing decision.

According to the above situation impulsive buying is the response that comes under the research paradigm. We have to specifically study the cause and effect of relationship between different promotional inputs and consumer behaviour by putting it in positivist paradigm.
