1 Ans:- The project manager should take following steps to bring back the project into allowable schedule:-
a). He should monitor the efficiency of each department and it's productivity.
b). The turn around time should be set for each processes under which project must be completed.
c). Every employee must be given a defined role under which they should operate.
d). Any breach of TAT or anomaly should be highlighted and dealt with precision.
2 Ans:- A project manager can follow following points for appropriate actions:-
a). He should do daily and weekly review of the outcome.
b). He should ensure that all processes are working in a smooth way.
c). He should create strong work ethics and it should be followed religiously.
d). He should train the employees to do their job in a effective manner.
3 Ans:- With correct decision, the wastage of time can be stopped. The project can be completed even in half of the allocated time and with failure it might take even twice the allocated time to complate the project.
4 Ans:- The lessons learned about managing a project could be:-
a). A project must not be delayed than the given time frame.
b). The ethical practices and high level of integrity must be maintained in completion of project.
c). The response time should be minimized to increase efficieny.
