As message contains 200 OK so it is successfully find the document.
As per message the time is Tue 7 mar 2008 12:39:45GMT

b) When the document was last modified?
Check in last modified tag time is Sat 10 Dec 2005 18:27:46GMT

c) How many bytes are there in the document being returned?
Content lenght header gives the size of document which is 3874

d) What are the first 5 bytes of the document being returned? Did the server agree to a persistent connection?
first five bytes are <!doc as this as this is what comes
after the <cr><lf><cr><lf> pair that terminates the reply headers
Yes it is a persistent connection as indicated by header Connection:Keep alive
