Solution :- If you want to add simple PDU with new IP Address then you should set the router's DHCP service to same network. If you don't want to do this then you should set a static IP address on PC having same network as the router.
for e.g. :- router is 192.168.0.1 and DHCP pool of 192.168.0.XXX exist.
then you changed your IP of router : 192.168.1.1 but didn't change the pool to 192.168.1.XXX
by doing this you can not access your router & also can not add simple PDU because your router will give your PC address 192.168.0.2.
If you want to solve this issue then you will have to set a static IP on your PC. the IP Address you want to set, should exactly match of the router holding last digit like 192.168.1 but condition is that your IP Address should not be the exactly same like router. After implementing these steps mentioned above you will be able to access your router & also you can add a simple PDU by IP Address.
