I have do write then threats part of a swot analysis of skechers the shoe company and I am having a hard time with it. I can only come up with three things.
The biggest threat of all is common threat and that is our teenagers. In this day and time our teenagers want nothing but Nike, Adidas and Under Armour due them looking “cool” and being associated with sports and sports teams. As parents we strive to give nothing but the best and to make them happy. Teenagers think that Skechers look like “old people shoes”. That is how my 17-year-old son stated it.
If the cost of raw material to make the product rises then it will cut into their profits or they would have to cut corners and make a shoe that is not very well made.
If wages go up in any country that they make the product then it cut into their profits.
