Would the borrower be responsible for any parking tickets incurred?
How many miles can they use on your car?
Is food allowed in the car?
What specifically would you expect when they return the car?

I have created a policy for borrowing the rented car,some of the rules to be followed that i have gave my car to rented to some one else
According to my opinion,Dont do any speed race or competition,By any person who is under the influence of alcohol any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended.
driving a vehicle outside of India or any prohibited areas within India(hould must be follow).the purpose of towing, pushing, or propelling any trailer or any other vehicle.Transporting more passengers than the prescribed seating capacity of the vehicle is probhited for my vehicle more than the seating capacity.Food also not allowd in car,I would like to be expect when they return the car is no scraches and faults and finally check my engine condtion is good or not.while driving driving while using a mobile phone or any other mobile communication device in any manner is restricted.
While we are giving the car to the third party peole we agve to trust we have to collect Adharcard,voter card or any proof id like paport It shuould be mandatory,if he is student they will show any collge id or univesity id card.One more rule while giving to the other person we have to lock the speedometer to some extent other wise if he go fast they might have done accidents.
I have been observed some of the rules that while rented a car.
