The Agile Manifesto, in project management, is a process by which the organisation's focus on reducing errors and delays and increase productivity to deliver consistantly on customer satisfation. In large organisation's, bigger team need to meet, collaborate and make decisions in persuit to expite performance results. So, Agile Manifesto is a method, a movement, a process development or a methodology to increase productivity. This is mainly used in the software development industry, but other industries are also adopting this methodology. The Agile manifesto project management is intended to improve the quality of work and decrease the chances of error, rework and stakeholders disappointment.
There are twelve guiging principles of Agile menifesto :-
1. Customer Satisfaction - by timely and continuous result delivery.
2. Welcoming the changing customers requirements.
3. Working software delivered frequently.
4. Close and daily cooperation with business people and developers.
5. Projects built around trusted and motivated individuals.
6. Face-to-Face conversation and communication.
7. Working software is the principal measure of progress.
8. Sustainable development by maintaining a constant pace.
9. Continuous attention to technical excellence and good designs.
10. Simplicity is essential in the project.
11. Self - organised teams to deliver best designs, customer requirements.
12. The teams to regularly become more effective and flexible to customer needs.
