MEMORANDUM TO DEAN OF ABC UNIVERSITY-

As a business consultant of xyz ltd company. i would like to get the attention dean of ABC university for its final graduating students to plan strategy in job search in a professional way. i would use the above survey in this matter.so we should start writing a memo to the dean of the university.

SUBJECT- PROFESSIONAL ADVICE IN JOB SEARCH FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS OF BUSINESS MAJORS

DEAR DEAN SIR,

i would like to tell you the purpose of this memo. i am writing to tell you about the situation of your final graduation students of business major & thier past experience of thier jobs.

i have analyze the given survey of your business major class students before their graduation. this survey was about their past experience of jobs they had done while studying. according to this survey, your class consists of 300 graduating seniors. the majors for them are management, accounting, marketing,mis etc. in which students from management,accounting,marketing are more in ration than other majors. approx 80% of them commute from their home to work & 90% of them worked during thier education but those jobs were not from thier majors like 35 % of students worked in thier major subjects while others did in some others like grocery stores, food delivery etc. the average working hours was between 20 to 40 hours per week. so, i would like to make some plan or strategy to do more campus hiring instead of doing job serach totally diffrent from their major areas. if the major ration those graduates would work out of thier major then what is the purpose of doing this education. they could have done without it already.according to me following points may help them to find a worthy job after graduation-

so, i want to conclude all by saying that as a consultant i can only give you the advice to the problem but it is the responsibility of your university to provide all the help to your graduates in thier job search.as you can see in the survey table that ratio of students have job is very low like 18% of them did not even begin the job search.
