You are the supervisor of several employees. Two of those employees were dating, for a long time. Now they have broken up, and they hate each other. Both are great employees, however their fighting and behavior is causing issues in the workplace. You really cannot fire them, and you have no place to move them. But you cannot allow this behavior to continue.

1) I will handle this situation by carrying out joint session with both of them and explaining in detail the issue faced by other team members. It is important to let of their personal issue and behave in a professional manner. Post that, I will keep an eye on their activities so as to ensure there are no further issues
