In the forming stage we 10 member team got introduced to each other and we each of them from different HR team like recruitment, HR generalist, HR BP team, HR training team etc. Project topic was “leadership development”.
In stroming stage each of us from different HR back ground had different ideas towards leadership and concept of leadership which leads to opinion difference and conflicts among us. We received feedback which was positive and as a team all the team members were recognized for the success and the team was dispersed in the adjourning stage.
