b). The project outcome would be better decision making ability among managers. They would be able to deal with tough situations in an effective way.
c). The project components would be classroom training of leadership concepts followed be on the job training.
2. Let us take an example that this project is for a steel manufacturing company. So vision statement could be the top steel producing company in the world with best value to customers.
Mission statement could be to achieve highest market share in next 5 years.
3 a). Leadership trait assessment could be done done with the help of organisational performance based on quarterly and annual result.
