Total Quality Management (TQM) is another well-known tool used by companies for continuous improvement. The core principle of TQM is continuous process improvement. TQM uses the fundamental of process mapping and root cause analysis for the objective of continuous process improvement. TQM or total quality management addresses the quality adherence in all operations of business. This way, the quality of the product is monitored and even the waste of the operations is reduced. TQM focuses the business operations on various factors like customer satisfaction, environment safety, etc.

The TQM is followed structurally and in a systematic way in Trident. The layout of the plant and various processes follow the principles of 6S and Kaizen. The waste of the plant is treated, recycled and pot to use. There must be higher frequency for employee training programs in the plant. Regular but random audits are conducted in the plant to keep a strict check on the quality of the production. There is quite strictness in the way the rules and compliances are followed in the plant. This facilitates discipline in the manufacturing process and thus increases the overall quality of production.
