How is the tool accessed? Access the tool through a web-Gui with server being a ssytem that takes data from bugzilla/jira

How is the tool used? The tool gives runtime status on it's web-gui regarding what jira/bug tickeyt is accessed by which person

What is the value of the tool for the IT manager? Easy Management of the bugs, on the go look of the work done.Faster productivity.
