they install some tracking tools , software to monitor minite to minite example-Ticketing tool ( an electronic request raised by user regading his problem ) . user will get updated once the issue is resolved ,and user have access to know the status of his ticket inbetween, the deatils like - ticket raised time , assigned time , assigned to whom , Comments , Issue Resolved or not all this are included in the part of ticketing System Virtually.
Apart from the User perspective , when IT Recieve Ticket from user , it is assigned to the L1 Engineer to resolve the issue , if L1 engg is Unable to fix the issue it is forwarded to L2 team same will be forwarded to the high level till the issue is resolved .
it doesn't matter how big or the small the issue is , starting from the mouse change , password reset,email configuration,data base configuration,printer and scanner configuration, new system configuration or to install the required software etc..
