C) my opinion on this Question is TCP / IP is more Relable then UDP, And the Best example is user has Passed the Vedio at some instance in 1 Device , and After few Hours or days user will login in same device or other the vedio will be Start playing at the Stage the Vedio has paused .Mean Key Point is Acknowledgment to the Server .
d) DHCP - Dynamic Host Configuration protocol

When Systems or network service becomes Active DHCP perform DORA Process
DORA process is nothing but getting ip address assigned to the machine, there 4 step in this process they are
DORA
Step 1: Discovery - Client search for server
Step 2: Offer - Server Offer Available ip Address to the Client
Step 3: Request - Client receive the ip address from the server and save the Lease Details
Step 4 : Acknowledgement - Once Client Accept the Ip Address and Save the details , it will Acknowledge the sever that iam okay and iam going to use this iPad dress.
f) With Refer to the answer (d) - server and client will maintain lease (nothing but time) - Once the Lease time is done Again DORA Process will run.
for security Reasons , its Better to set DHCP to Change the IPad dress , But if not there is an Option For that - Static IPad dress .

Static Address - Manually we have to set IP Address, Subnet mask, Default Gateway address & DNS server too, so that ip address doesn't change
Dynamic IP Address: DHCP Server will change the IP address periodically
The Lease Time will Depends on the DHCP server Configuration.
