Ans:- Let us take an example of M K Gandhi. Gandhi was a Indian freedom fighter who has gone through lots of hardship and gained fredom for India from British. He was educated in England with Law degree and even played major role in South Africa.
I have chosen Gandhi as a leader becasue he taught the philosophy of truth and non-violance. He was a charismatic leader and with his charisma he used to motivate people to join the freedom struggle. It has a positive effect on people who didn't want violance. However it has negative impact on people who preferred freedom through violance and wanted to crush British by force.
Gandhi had strong influence on people. His thoughts were blindly followed. He had very strong local and regional influence. He had also inflence on international leaders and he was in constant interaction with them.
Gandhi had very strong conciousness and moved crowd through it. Gandhi was very down to earth in approach, he used truth and non-violance philosophy to influence people. Gandhi was very emotionally and mentally strong. However his non-violance philosophy sometimes turned as his weakness.
