So here in this matrix you have to write that what you feel from your perception. For instance let's suppose, You went to some JC penny store and you start to notice and observe things around you. LEts suppose upu start to observe the operations. Then what do you think, are they upto the mark? Are customers leaving store satisfied. So this will come under Observed Activity.

Rating what do you think is it sperior, equivalent to some other store or inferior.

And then explain why did you rate it superior/inferior/equivalent with solid back points. That's it.
