I have to present the initial idea of my final year project in two days and I still haven’t come up with one. You should describe the supply chain partners and its management process. Try to describe the value chain analysis applications to your choosen organization . In value chain two set of activities are important to gain competitive advantage in the race of competition . These activities are :
1) Primary activities like inbound logistics , operations management , outbound logistics , sales and marketing .
2) Support or secondary actvities like firm infrastructure , human resource management, technology management, and procurement.
