1.) A driver visits the Lyft Hub and wants to know why she should sign up to drive with Lyft. Based on your knowledge of Lyft and your own experience, what would you tell the driver?

answer-
1- as lyft is one of the biggest company in providing transportation facility on demand. it operates in more than 300 cities of united states & still expanding its business to other regions. as per my experience & research, she(driver) should signup as driver with lyft due to following points-
PAY- as a lyft driver you can eran as much as you want. its totally depend on your driving skills & working hours.also you can earn minimum of $35 per hour pay with lyft.
FLEXIBILITY IN WORK- Lyft does not force you to work under any kind of cicumstances.it is the beauty of the working with lyft that it is flexible work means you can drive whenever you want. its totally upto you.you can drive when you are bored at home or other places or drive if you are short in money & earn some extra cash.
TIPS- The tip provided by the passengers is totally yours. lyft does not share any amount from your tips.passenger would pay your tip from the lyft application whatever his/her criteria for tiping you.
ADVENTEROUS- if you are a kind of person who likes to be at different different places & meet new peoples & like adventure then driving with lyft is adventerous as you would drive to new new places & has to meet new peoples.
as there are many more benefits of being a driver with lyft but above are some points which would make you to drive with lyft.
2- the account of lyft driver may be deactivated or put on hold cause of following reasons-
three steps would be to activate the account-
if the reason for account deactivation is document verification failure then contact the call services of lyft & try to verify your document with them.after that your account can be restart.
if your driver rating are poor or below average then you can contact with the lyft for joining the driver programm to improve your ratings & your account will be activated again.the prograam may cost few dollars but you would good to go.
if your account is put on hold cause of any other reasons you can visit thier site or office & ask them with integrity & polite way to reactivate the account & ensure them that any type of mistake would not occur in future.
3- as a lyft officer or employee, if lyft driver plead to me for his/her account reactivation & i knew that he is the only person earning bread & butter from this job. i would try to know the cause of his accout deactivation.if the account is deactivated cause of some minor issues like expiring of documnets or poor ratings or passenger's complain then i would suggest him to correct all these mistakes & activate his account but if his account is deactivated cause of major reasons like fraud, unsafe driving or driving under tha influence of illegal substance then it would not be in my power to activate his account.this would affcet the business as well other driver's life working with lyft.
5- measuring the successful driver services-
according to me , successful driver service can measured from following points-
* good fare charges for drive & pay to lyft driver
* less waiting for driver service & easy availbaility of driver service.
* safety of the driver as well as cutomers while driving.
* good response or ratings from the customers.etc,

pay of $15.08 hour per day rate if offered to me i would select or not will be based on following points-
* if i am student & above the age of 21 or fresher who wants job & still a good driver then yes i would be comfortable for this job.
* if i want some extra money in my free time i would be comfortable for this role.
* if my interest is in driving to new new places & meeting new new persons then i would be comfortable.
*i would be not comfortable for this role if some other companies like uber, google cars offer me higher pay rate than this.
* i would not comfortable if my work schedule is vey busy 24/7.
