Basically the concept of free software includes that you can run, copy, distribute the software but you don’t have the right to modify the source code.So in free software redistribution is under freesoftware licence
In open source software system you will have the option to modify and redistribute the modified version of the software.So, open source software doesn’t restrict redistribution of identical or modified product from the source code.
Where as in Free and open-source software,software is come under both free software and open-source software which will give you free license to run, copy, distribute, study, the software also source code can be modified in any way , this approach is basically used to improve the design of the software.
