The current IT budget cannot exceed $25,000 and ideally should come in as far under that number as possible. MilleniAds will produce customized sales flyers, brochures, and other branded items, such as letterhead and business cards, that apply a youthful, fresh perspective targeting millennial demographics. Therefore, the company needs the ability to store and manipulate digital images and to produce physical copies of their products for their clients. The CEO wants to keep track of inventory, sales, and expenses digitally, but she does not anticipate having very complex records for the first year. She projects having only a dozen or so accounts but hopes to scale up in the coming years. It would be ideal to have a simple and user-friendly system for sharing information and files between employees. Many of the employees are millennials themselves who have indicated that their current desktop PCs are limiting their capabilities and that they prefer using their phones and other mobile devices for their professional and personal responsibilities. This question have four parts like hardware, software, networking, and security.
1.Hardware
Hardware is the most important part of any digital device.Here we will talking about mobile hardware because as given in the question all employee would access information through mobile only.The most important part of hardware are RAM,Processor,ROM,Anteena, Battery,Sim card,Speaker,Touch screen,microphone,Secondary storage,Seriel port, Graphics,Server.
RAM stands for Random access memory.It the most vital responsibilities for speeding up mobile system and running it smooth.Different types of RAM are DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4(it is a low power double data rate version 4).These RAM have capacity of 3,200 Mbit/s per pin and consume 1.1volts.All the above RAM are recommendable to use for mobile.
CPU or Processor is central part of mobile device.All the processing are done inside the CPU.There are various type of Processor are avaliable like Qualcomm Snapdragon, Apple Mobile processors, Intel Atom and Core M processors, Nvidia Tegra,MediaTek,HiSilicon, Samsung Exynos.Here Qualcomm Snapdragon is recommendable because it is very chip , less heat and low cost and support almost all architecture.
ROM is used for storing OS and User data.The types of ROM used in mobile are : Cyanogen Mod, AOKP, AOSP, Paranoid Android, PAC-ROM.Here Cyanogen Mod is very popular and used almost in every mobile.
SERVER is the system which receive the client request , process it and send feedback accordingly.There are various type of server avaliable like:Tower servers, Rack servers,Blade servers
2.Software
Software is the part of mobile system that control and used the hardware.There are 2 types of software one is System software and Application software.System software for mobile application are Android,Bada,IOS, Black Berry, Symbian etc.Here ANdroid and Ios are recommendable because of its large scale of support from its owners and one can easily build and application for its personal used.In this situation we can create a new mobile app for information sharing and security propose at very low cost.Here we can use apache , MS server and linux server software.
3.Networking
The networking is the concept which connects the device for sharing information in the world.For better information sharing we.
First we have to choose a network provider which gives good bandwidth at lowcost and its network should avaliable in all areas which is different for different areas.So here we can choose network provider according to area.
Second a good data transmitter and reciver is needed for fast and secure information sharing between two devices on the network.Here we can use MAN network
4.security
Security is the process in which we secure our information through encryption.Encryption is the process in which the information is converted into another information using a key.There are lots of algorithms avaliable for securing the information like DES/3DES, AES, Blowfish, MD5, SHA 1.In this case we can use DES for encrption and decryption of the information for sharing data.
Conclusion
As we discussed above we can make a new application with DES algorithm for security.We can use MAN network which is avaliable for longer distance.Because DES is the best method to secure our data and MAN is the network which is avalible in very large area.We are using MS server, Apache and Linux server because it is fast , secure, Recoverable easily.
