According to me carter cleaning company will have to face these following HR related issues.

Higher turnover

As this specific case shows that the employees are mostly unskilled. Their nature of job does not require any kind of higher skills hence they will be keep looking for better jobs for the same skills which pay them better, this would increase the level of job switches and switching off jobs would lead to high turnover rate.

Lower job performance

As most of the workers are unskilled and company does not have any specific human resource department for training and hiring employees. This would affect the overall efficiency as well as performance of the organisation as most of the employees are unskilled and does not have any specific training department also.

Employee dissatisfaction

Lack of proper training as well as no supervision would directly lead to employees satisfaction in the organisation. Without any specific goal, employees would be aim less and would not be able to concentrate which would lead to employee dissatisfaction in the workplace.

Poor communication

Lack of supervision as well as no managerial department would directly lead to lack of communication in the workplace which would lead to the negative environment as well as reduce productivity of the organisation.

Rules violation

What would happen more quite often as there is no supervisor available to supervise activities of the worker. These specifications would be constantly growing after the workers would know that nobody is taken an eye on them, it will create an stability into the workplace and environment of the cleaning company.
