In your opinion, what are the most pressing and significant concerns facing communities today? Why do you think so?

Working in a small city, I see the same problems facing large cities, but on a microcosm. One of the most significant concerns is the earning-potential of residents in impoverished neighborhoods. These residents may have at most a GED or High School Diploma, and although that does not reflect intelligence or work ethic, it is difficult to find employment that pays enough to cover the worker’s basic needs. Further, this position creates challenges to increase credentials to find better-paying work, which tends to perpetuate underemployment and a problematic future. Often one problem can lead to another. The first concern can lead to homelessness, which is another significant problem facing communities throughout the country. Homelessness tends to detract customers or tourists from areas where these individuals congregate or panhandle, hurting business communities. Additionally, another cause of homelessness is our insufficient mental-health system and drug-abuse problem. These two other issues compound the trouble with the homeless population.
Explanation / Answer
The first I believe is, simply because of the public issues it is causing today, and that is the presidential decision that we just experienced. This race should be overwhelmed by monetary issues, however rather it was ruled by needing a president that was an individual figure than a political figure. With this it has put numerous political individuals in a whirlwind, because of Trump needing to make such a significant number of changings that will influence many individuals in a positive and negative way (nobody will ever be glad, and here and there you need to make a couple of frantic to encourage the photo). On the political side, there is the framework that is set up to offset the legislature and the future president, so the truth will surface eventually how everything plays out. The second issue the public will dependably have an issue with is the tenets and directions set up for business and the contamination that they create. Contamination control laws have been put for a long time, however it hasn't halted all organizations in attempting to get around it. With standards and directions set up, it has made numerous organizations spend more cash in leading their business than previously. With spending more on clean for their business. I believe that the most critical social issue that is confronting the present reality is fear mongering because of what occurred in Paris, and furthermore due to ISIS, the greater part of the men in my family have been in the Military and gone to War and I despise the way that there is a reason they need to battle. The impacts that fear-based oppression causes on society is leaving families without a dad since he has goneto war, or the lives lost and the majority of the families influenced.
