Recently I got an opportunity to interview an IT Manager working in for-profit organization. I was the interviewer and my name is Mr. Joseph Jones. The interviewee's name is Ms. Stellon Rodriques. The interview took place on 8th September 2018.

Questions

Being an Engineering student, I can see that the job market is highly practical and application oriented. It is much ahead of the knowledge we gained during student life. Student life is more about learning theories, formulas, laws and scientific rules whereas engineering job is about applying the same theories and get some outcome.

Basic aspects we studied during student life like laws, and theories would give us the guideline and the same can be applied to get the final result. The formulas can be used to get the final result after performing calculations.
