sexual harassment :

* trying to / forcing to make unwanted / unwilling sexual advances from a person , may it be men / women.

* may it be workplace / any other social situation or professional gathering.

these kind of things always obstruct the smoothy work and free minded professional work structure.

may not be every single employee but most of them would face these situations atleast once.

so a specific policy against sexual harassment definitely serves in bettering situation.

POLICY AGAINST WORKPLACE SEXUAL HARASSMENT :

* also a person harassing will fear of not doing it only when he has fear that any action by him in smoothy work place environment would result in Loss of his reputation.

thus if all these points are kept in mind and implemented then there would definitely be success.
