Managers can best leverage this tool to ensure that upcoming laws don’t disrupt their businesses. Legally astute managers will always have the upper hand by planning for changes using the Federal Register. In some cases managers may be able to even contest the upcoming changes. A good example of this is a restaurant owner trying to keep up with any health standards or laws that could affect how/what his employees serve. Maybe any upcoming changes about tax information on how he will pay his employees.
