It appears that the potential to lose web site customers is a high rate (75%), so to provide research into troubleshooting to determine how to get customers to purchase product is an excellent idea. I believe that its an important step for Andrew and the team to research certain areas such as problem recognition, purchase/post customer responses, to understanding buying behavior. Once a company determines how to attract and help buyers to complete the on-line buying process will create a successful company.
Any thoughts?

The thing that customers are attracted with is the big discounts,low shipping charge and of course low price.!!
These three factors play a key role for any website to be succesful.!!
Basically to be succesful for every offer they should mail the customers registered on the website and at certain time period they should give some good discounts to the members so that it may accelerate there marketing and hence there website will be a success>!!
