Meaning of External Environment : The environment which is not in control of organization .For these environments organizations needs plan systematically.
In third party logistics following are the key players:
Original company from which the order is placed , Customer , Local Government , Transportation authorities, Competitors , Various modes of Transportation ,Taxation , Economical condition etc.
What are our customers’ and how do we satisfy them?
Answer :
Customers are those who are demanding the products from the original manufacturers.To provide valued products to them at optimum price within time then they will satisfied.
What’s their perception of our brand? Do they tend to be loyal?
Answer :
Customers perception about brand always they are demanding the quality product with less price & more value. If these requirements are satisfied then they tend to be loyal.
Have you conducted segmentation studies to identify your customers?
Answer :
Yes Segmentation study is conducted for studying customer requirement , behavior , expectations ,Competitors services , Where is the huge market available etc

Answer :
First up all we are studying the customers requirement.Then we are giving services as per that requirement .Finally taking feedback on service provided & their requirement.

We can not predict the exact profitability. But some where this is ranging form 15 to 35 %
