The mRNA in the two tissues shows that there is differential expression of the gene. The mRNA in the pituitary includes the exons 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 whereas the mRNA in the adrenal gland does not include the exon 3. This shows that the same mRNA undergoes differential splicing in the two tissues and produces different proteins.
