Explanation / Answer

Inductive method of communication is a kind of communication which follow a particular order from the specific instances to the wide-ranging conclusion (Glaser, 2014). For a deductive way of communication means giving an overall reason up front with some specific situations later.

Best way to deliver a Bad News

The best way to communicate a bad new is by use of deductive method.it is because deductive method involves more of moving from general information to a specific level (Glaser, 2014). An example an individual gets the general theory about something, then later gather information and after this communicate the specific things to the individual person not in general.

Bad News in the Internet

One of the bad news that once appeared on the internet is the issue of kidnapping of girls by the Boko haram. It was in 2014 April. washingtonpost.news/worldviews/wp/2016/04/14/boko-haram-kidnapped-276-girls-two-years-ago.it was a bad new to the whole world (Glaser, 2014). They used the deductive method where they had the general theory of what happened and how the school girls were kidnapped and then this now went to a specific girl as an individual especially those who were able to run away.

The author may have decided to use the method so that the individual families may not panic. For the general information, it assists in buying time before the individual families come into the term with it and accept.

Changes that one Would Make

Some changes that would make when now giving specific information to the specific families than one may be in a position to get some guidance so that it might not affect the families very much. With this one may be in a position to come to terms with it (Glaser, 2014).
