I need to submit a proposal on environmental compliance & safety regulations research and application to a complex potential human health and safety hazard. The topic should be in the form of a proposal. Topics may be any subject that relates directly to environmental compliance and safety. As an example, you can write a paper on application of applicable environmental regulations to a large and complex environmental contamination problem in a corporate setting and how the situation should be handled to minimize impact to human health and the environment. Other similar compliance and safety topics may also be appropriate for the research paper. Can anyone help, I have no clue on how to go about this?

Mission:
This proposal aims to provide the application of applicable environmental regulations to a large and complex environmental contamination problem in a corporate setting and the process by which the situation should be handled to minimize impact to human health and the environment.
Scope:
The scope of the proposal is to aware the corporates so as to safe guard the health issues of the general public by effectively utilising the resources by the business hubs. The proposal also has the solution for the implications on the safety hazards. It helps to improvise the environmental safety rules.
Objective:
The objective of the paper are as follows:
Literature Review:
The literature review has been done on the basis of the primary and secondary data. The primary data has been obtained by the interviews of the workers of the various companies and the feedback by the public. The secondary data has been obtained from the various Journals related to the environmental safety measures on of contamination, magazines, websites and newspapers for the current issues and procedures taken.
Application of the tools on the data which find out the major problems related to the environmental safety problems. The tools would be Measure of central tendency by standard deviation of the data point and the probability implication by the data points.
The results and the conclusion would be given as per the data analysis by the help of various tools and techniques. The application would be suggested on that result basis. It would take time to conduct all the procedure at least for 3 to 5 months.
The outcomes would be the applications and the safety rules followed by the organisation on the basis of the contamination problem.
