Answer 1:- The implementation of customer service delivery can be accomplished by making sure that the all the provisions of quality services are adhered by the organization to both the customers and the entire organization by making sure that the organization maintain the security, courtesy, having good organizational behavior and the efficiency which can enable time-saving and with the help of this customer training and communication. Along with this , the organizational goals are accomplished by maintaining higher customer satisfaction with the help of implementation of the standards and work sharing by creating customer experience, determining the outcomes and estimating the correct customer feedback.
Answer 2:- The idea of Disney was adopted by the Elizabeth school as the cultural change was to be implemented by the school by hiring the consultants from Disney who provided training on the implementation of teachers handbook and making sure the restoration on the excellence actions which incorporated the leadership training series for the manpower which motivated the employees to have a better understanding of the significance of their jobs and it will help in modifying the organizational culture and facilitate better customer satisfaction and improved employee satisfaction.
