If the administrators will focus on effective and efficient way of delivering the services, then the agencies which are serving other governments are an interesting marketplace as there will be many changes in the shifts of service providers With technology advancement, shared services will be better one. Shared services is a very known concept but with 2018, we will see it becoming a key part of IT Modernization efforts Government leaders are giving a second thought to the way they should recruit, develop, organize and manage people. 3- Security and Protection: Cyber security is the main concern in 21st century. Govemment is working around the clock to protect citizen's data and infrastructure. As most of the sensitive information is now available virtually and online, government is working for cyber security and protection. Technology is not only used for protection, but it is also used for destruction and detection. Traditionally, wireless connections haven't been as secured as wired connections.
