I believe that the democratic or the cooperative style of leadership is the best that relates with my style of leadership. In this style of leadership the leader generally takes the suggestions and inputs from the team and as this is a collective effort it will make sure that the whole team participates in the total process as a single unit or team which will make sure that it is successful as a team not as an individual in the organization. I selected this style because I believe that the way business is changing and the culture of work is changing this is the style that will prevail and fetch the best results for the organization and make it better as well. As a leader it makes the work of a leader simple and convenient as well because the employees themselves take most if the responsibility as they are aware that the leader trusts in their ability and capability to do work good and better.
While implementing a change in an organization the Autocratic leader in various instances have failed because they were unable to convince the employees in order to accept the change but this leadership will just involve the employees in making the change happen and hence there is no need to make them accept the change because they themselves are implementing it.
