For expansion my business of selling packaged ice to the customers, I would definitely implement a new plan and create a mission statement of target in Big suppliers such as hotels and restaurant chains for increasing our overall business. Premium market segments where the ice is very valuable should also be the focus of the organisation. Main businesses such as bar and other similar places where the ice is very important should be focused by our company to provide specific products.

By dividing packaged ice into different product segments as well as for creating a differentiation strategy for delivering to the businesses other than selling it in retail would be the most appropriate part of creation of the specific statement for the organisation. Our organisation would be focusing on qualitative products with the highest quality possible for delivering it to the customers.
