Construction WBS Activity :- Resource Manager will be connected to identify the manpower required to construct the structure designed by designer and Architect and will also be required to source these manpower/ resources
Cloud Database WBS Activity:- it is database of doctors
Orientation /Training Material WBS activity:- Supply Chain Manager will be there in the WBS activity to identify the right vendor to supply training material , their location , timing , which will help in finalisation for cost of trainging and most importantly the TIMING of training
Construction Material - Consftruction staff: Audit report will help to see that project is going on as per budget & timelines to audit report is very important part in overall WBS acticity for review and montitoring for the sucess of any project
