A. Quarter 1 - 196.7 units per day with 19 workers .
Quarter 2 - 224 units per day with 23 workers
Quarter 3 - 219 units per day with 21 workers
Quarter 4 - 145.6 units per day with 14-15 workers
Hence with the given throughput , adding the whole demand forecast and the resource utilization per unit , the highest number of resource needed in a quarter is 22. And least is 14.
