Right now our company is migrating the selection of candidates using only Linkedin because you have the hability to have a better picture of the people you are interested.

You get to see more on their skills and if people are validating such skills.

Also, you get to see how you are connected to the person and if you have some one in common you can ask for reference on the person.

I truly believe that shortly all the selection proccess will be done via Linkedin or similar tools.

The Impac on HR policies is just the change of instead of having a website or outosurcing the recruiting part we do it ourselves and save money, in fact recruiting companies are using Linkedin as well.

We do however need more budget because the use of company type account is paid, as well as the hability to create job openings but the benefit is greater so we gladly pay it.
