Technology based learning method

As a manager if any specific individual is not getting fit with the ethical situation of our organisation then I would definitely change the level of implementation of the article norms inside the organisation. By having a specific training program specially designed for an employee which is facing problems in maintaining ethics inside your organisation or having a different culture would be my main priority. By having a different culture inside an organisation and employee can directly increase the overall efficiency of the organisation has different cultures provide different learning capabilities to the organisational structure.
If an employee comes from the outside culture, it directly affects the overall working environment of the company as it provides a totally new cultural aspect of a different colleagues for their employees. Usually a different culture is welcomed inside an organisation but in some terms individual does not fit with the situation hence they have to be moved to another place for the same job. By having any specific training program could be very beneficial training the cultural as well as model aspect of the specific thing.
An organisation is very widely affected by a different culture individual inside the organisation. As different cultures tells us differently about business as well as different things, it can also help in developing relationship with the coworkers as they want to know about then your culture. Most of the times these employees are neglected as they don't have the specific culture which is dominant inside an organisation.
