I. INTRODUCTION

Social structure is the system within the society that is defined by the actions that individuals are likely to take regarding an issue or a systemized way of life adopted by a group of people. Social structures emerge out of social interactions that are as a result of the norms of the society. The norms form the basis of consciousness which act as the guide to the human way of thinking. Thus, human life is governed by the set of rules and regulations which are later endorsed as norms. The rules affect the life of people differently, and thus individuals will form norms from the defined rules based on the impact that they feel that the norm is contributing towards their lifestyle. This defines the reason why the rules and regulations set can be used to create and change social structures. It is for that reason that the society is made up of different systems that are entirely diverse of each other. They also have different rights and possibilities for people of different races, genders, ethnicity, class, and others. Social inequalities father negative attitudes within the communities which can often lead to devastating consequences. That is why it is important to view how different social issues dictate the changes in social and legislative rules and norms developing new social structures. Thus, social change is a complex phenomenon which is dictated by the need to change existing social and legislative rules and norms to meet new values and expectations of the modern society.

II. RULES AND NORMS WHICH AFFECT PEOPLE’S EVERYDAY LIVES

Rules and laws are the main factors that the society rely upon to define what is right and what is wrong. However, even after the implementation of such laws, they are not followed by every member of the society. This is the reason why there are cases in the corridors of justice due to the people who rebel form complying with the legal structure. People who have been into a given level of education must have been through a system of a rule such as institutional rules that guide their behavior into such institutions. Within them, they develop a mode of behavior out of the norms that they generate from the institutional rules. These groups of people are seen to have the same reasoning capacity and are likely to make a similar decision while handling various situations. Similarly, the social classes such as individuals in the upper class have different interaction platforms and social events that are guided by rules that fit their lifestyle. Such groups are in a position to adopt the same behavior that fits their lifestyle.

People in the same profession also have a base for learning different rules based on the moral and ethics that guide the practice. As a result, their behavior tends to be different from those in a different profession. Different communities present different social environment which is guided by the set of rules and norms that are believed to be right, and action against them classifies one as an outcast who needs to be re-engineered to fit into that society.

Professional, social and institutional rules are not the only things that can be used to structure and change the society. Other factors such as culture religion and family background present the rules that define their way of life and thus affect their reasoning.

Rules and norms which govern people’s daily interactions:

People tend to neglect representatives of a different social structure. Members of the legislative body of governance have more rivals on the street especially when in uniform while in their casual attire they have more friends on the street. Other than that, it may create fights among the society due to the collision of ideas that tempts every individual to fight for what they believe is right.

Due to the social differences, the government had to find a way out to create uniformity and reduce the levels of conflict within the society (Onuf, 2015). The use of the constitution to have a safe world to live in is also an incorporation of another set of rules that guide the thinking of all people within the confined areas within which it stipulates. The constitution, therefore, acts as a uniform set of rules and regulations that guide the way of life in governing and changing different social structures.

The part played by sociologists in harmonizing social structures:

Socialists’ primary role is to fight for equality of all groups within the society despite their structure. Some of the societal structures are of a lesser privilege than others and thus can be prone to manipulation by the higher group (Van Deurzen, 2015). It is for this reason that the socialist have to find a way out in balancing the social structure that the existence of the other oppresses none. Through their study of societal behavior, sociologists have realized the impact that rules and regulations have in shaping the society. As social issue arises on a frequent basis, the society needs to ensure that they are addressed in a fair manner. The sociologists, on the other hand, have realized the impact of such issues if not adequately addressed and call upon the intervention of the law in handling the arising issues. It is believed that only by the use of the solid national legislative body that social structures can fully oblige to the law.

The primary role that the sociologists play is to ensure that the society though may have social structures, they have an equal right when it comes to the access of social factors of production. However, they still recognize the fact that as much as the factors of production may be shared. Equally, those who have invested an upper hand in such provided opportunities must also have their rights equally protecting them. This means that all the societal structure must remain in a state of cooperation for the survival of each structure. As a result, of differences, the cooperation is formed by the constitution which offers rights and freedom that one is subject to within the state.

Based on the above-stated impact of the role played by rules and regulations, the sociologists’ have developed the social rule system theory that guides that attends to all the social rule system in a unique and unified manner. The theory recognizes the fact that the human behavior is determined by the produced and reproduced systems of governance. As a result, it is flexible and changes over time as the sociologists try every day to struggle to find a uniform way of handling issues within the society. On the same note, the society has managed to overtake the sociologists and thus the reason they call for a constant study of the societal behavior. It is through such studies that issues affecting the society are identified, and systems are put in place to guide their review. At the same time, those in existence that seems to address the issue are re-engineered to fit the current situation and help provide solutions to the existing issues. After their consideration and implementation of the set rules then the order is realized within the conflicting societal structures which shows the impact of rules and regulations in formation and organizational behavior of the society. The modern social theory is, however, apparent on blame games by the failures of the various individual on the social structure. The modern theory recognizes the fact that every individual must strive harder to attain what they need despite their status on the social ground (Craib, 2015).

III. CONCLUSION

Any phenomena that call for the construction of social orders must there begin by the construction of uniform norms, customs, laws, and taboos. As a result, the sociologists have to struggle their ways by bringing in other unique strategies that can unify the social structures by clearing the most linguistic differences among them. To balance the social concerns in a strategized manner, the sociologist must endure that they adhere common moral foundations of the society for the full acceptance of the newly introduced laws and regulations (Gonzalez-Perez, 2013). Moreover, the sociologists have realized the impact of such issues if not adequately addressed and call upon the intervention of the law to handling the arising issues by changing the society. It is believed that only by the use of the solid national legislative body that social structures can fully oblige to the law. Thus, the cooperation must be formed by the constitution is a necessity, as it offers rights and freedom that one is subject to within the state.

Explanation / Answer

Social structure is the system within the society that is defined by the actions that indiviudals are likely to take regarding an issue or a systemized way of life adopted by a gropud of people.Social structure emergre out of social interactions that are as a result of norms of the society . The norms forms the basis of conscosness which act as the guide to the human way of thinking.Human life is governed by the set of rules and regulations which are later endorsed as norms. The rules affect the people lives differently and thus individual will form norms from the defined rules on the basis of impact that they feel that the norm is contributing towards their lifestyyle.Society is made up of different systems that are entirely divere of ech other .Thus social change is a complex pehnomenon which is dictated by the need to change existing social and legistative rules and norms to meet new valued and expectattion of the modern society.

Rules and laws are the main factors that society reply upon to define what is right or wrong. however, even after the implementation of such laws they are not followed by every member of society. This is the reason why there are cases i the corridors of justice due to the people who rebel from coplying with a legal structure. They develop mode of behaviour out of norm that they generate from innstituinal rules. the social classes such as indvidual in the upper class have different events that are guided by the rules that fit their lifestyle.. Such groups are in position o adopt the same behaviour that fir their lifestyle.People in same profssion also have base for learning different rules on the basis of ethics.that guide the practice. As a result their ehvaiour tend to be different from different profession.

For example if we talk about the persons who still dont like to follow rules and norms are source of crims thay dont like to follow rules instead they like to break it or like to do something which was not even expected from them.In India we have many shows where crime incidences are shown we have see wife killed her husband, children killing their parents and if we talk about India then these incidences are happening day by day and all the relations does not have value as it use to have in past. School teachers are doing wwrong things with their students. Kids are also part of that Adult teachers abusing their students (girls). So people are moving to a wrog direction where they dont have any fear of court /Norms they are doing what they want to .

If we also talk about different professions norms people in different profesison have different behaviours like if we talk about teachers they are considered as most important part of a kids life as after parents they are the ones who make them learn new and good things/habits. So we expect teahers to be good person and true /faithful to them. on the other hand if we talk about lawyers then not all but some always lie to their clients to make more money so in their profession they are not considered faithful by everybody as to win their case they can say anything according to their client to help them win their case. So likewise different professions hav some fixed behaviour that they usualy have.

People tend ton neglect representative of a different social structure . members of the legislative body of the governnce have more rivas on the street especially when in uniform while in casuals they have their more friends on street. On the ther hand it may creates fight among people due to the collision of ideas that tempts every individual to fight for what they beleive is right. Due to the social differences the govt had to find out a way to create uniformitty and reduce the level of conflict within the society. The constituiion therefore act as a uniform set of rules and regulations that guides the way of life in governing and changing different social structures.

For example different religions have differents heads/committes to follow like Hindu's have their different leaders , Christian have their different comittes and like wise SIkh also have their committed DSGMC. So people who belong to their religion are more tend to follow those leaders as they are from same religion. But these committed are governed under laws.

In the society we have different socialist ther primary role is to fight for equality of all Groups within the society depsite of their structure ,Its for the reason that socialist have to find a way to balancing the social structure that the existence of the others oppress none.Through their study of social behaviour they have found the impacts of rules and regulations having in shaping the society. As social issue arises on frequent basis, the society needs to ensure that they are addressed in fair manner.. The Sociologist on the other hand have realized the impact of such issues if not adequately adressed and call upon the intervantion of lawin handling the arising isues. The primary role that the sociologist play is to that the society though may have social structures , they have equal rights when it comes to the access of social factors of production. The modern social thoery is however apparent on blame games by the failures of various individuals o the social structures.

ANy phenomenon that call for the construction of social orders must there begin by the construction of uniform norms, customs, lwas and tabboos, As a result the sociologist have to struggle their way by bringing in other unique strategies that can unify the social structures by clearing the most lignuistic differncs among them.To balance the social conerns ina strategised manner the sociologist must ensure that they adhere common moral functions of society for the full acceptance of the newly introduced laws and regulations. , moreover the sociologits have realised the impact of such issued if not adequatley addressed.

IN Todays modern world nobody have time for others. but the people who are free and dont have nothing to do may sometime gets into bad groups where they will lean wrong things may be to earn more or just for fun,. Youngsters start doing small wrong activities to tease others. or may girls just for their fun so its very important for sociologist to interact with them and give them good suggestions how to utilise their free time etc.

I have tried to give all points , Thanks please give a thums up .
