Q 2. Vitamin E deficiencies are rarely observed in human beings because the vitamin can be synthesized by the body. To be more precise, the normal flora (micro organisms/bacteria) of gut synthesize vit-k.

Q.2 Hemoglobin carries oxygen in the blood stream. Myoglobin is present in muscles and not in blood.   Ferritin and Transferrin are iron binding and iron storage molecules, they are not carriers.
