I worked in farm small farm as volunteers, tasks( watering , harvest, plant , landscape etc) , customers come to farm and I will show them how to do task because they want to try, I also introduce all the vegetable , fruit and flower to them. Explanation / Answer
1. The main issue in the organization is that the person is who is working as volunteer in the farm is not focused. He does the multitasking, managing the farm, showing the fruits,vegetables to the customers, make them try the various tasks and answer all their various questions. Thus the person is not focused on any one task and cannot bring fruitful results.
2. The services provided by me would help in reducing the burden of the person who is engaged in multiple activities. It would provide a relief to the person.Moreover our services are provided by skilled and expert people in the relevant field and thus would be of immediate helpto him.
3.In our personal, and professional life,we should be focused on one major task and thus keep learning and growing in the same field. This would thus help us in gaining expertise and required skills in the relevant field.
