According to my strength my goal is to be in a leadership position in a company handling operational aspect of the company.
The plan would involve getting certification courses in order to learn the skills required like that of
Six Sigma certification
Total quality management certification
Project management certification.
After getting the certification apply for internship in the company of choice where I would get an opportunity to apply the acquired skills.
