Research an organization (AMAZON), with which you are familiar, that is in need of a change and present how you will manage the change process by incorporating the three essential duties of HRM.

Foxconn group is a renowed group in EMS services and having a fortune 500 company. It has taiwan base MNC which is doing operation to manufacturing electronics goods. Terry Gou is CEO of Foxconn group. I selected this organization because a very large workforce are required to manage any manufacturing site in any country. A very talented Human Resource is required to hire the manpower for plant.
Major HR Responsibilities:
A.Recruitment- A process by which employee are hired and main source of recruitments are portal, Social media,news paper, Maqzine and interna referal.
B.Select a appropriate candidate- Application shortlist by various interview process. It may be depends on organization. What is the criteria of selection ? common method of selection are Inerview, psychometric test, aptitude test and presentation test.
C.Discipline of Employee- Discipline of employees are maintained by HR through verbal waring, written warning, formal & Informal meeting.
Major organizational change need to implement:
Shift schedule is quite messy for the employees so the organization need to provide some shift bonus and shift allowences.
Recruitment process should have one change, It should have include Group discussion to check the presence of mind of the employee.
Organization should maintain 6 month appraisal format for the employee so that performance can be improve.
IT companies like microsoft and google are providing the same to employees. Foxconn has many manufacturing unit all over world like china , taiwan, India and USA. Implement the system in one plant can chage the entire organization. shift bonus should provide as a compensation of employee hardwork for 24*7 work schedule. So that employee can start more focus during shift. Shift people should be differentiate compare to general shift employee in term of pay. Group discussion should be always a part of interview procedure because a better presence of mind employee can provide good result for the organization. And it will help the organization to grow in short term.
These proposal will make such big difference compare to other organization. It will reflect in long term effect. So organization stake holder will realize the need of this change and surely will implement.
