CRITICAL THINKING QUESTION: What would happen in a face to face offer?
Allie sees Brandy’s fun writing pen and says to her , “hey, I’ll pay you 5 dollars for your pen”. Brandy gets distracted by her friend in the hallway and walks away. Allie goes to the vending machine. Later, in the hallway, Brandy says “Here’s my pen, I’ll take my 5 dollars now…”. Allie doesn’t pay up!
PART 1) What happens here? Does Allie owe Brandy money? Did the offer expire? Is there any additional information necessary? If so, what and why?

Part 1:
The offer comes under unilateral contract, It is not valid , because offeror Allie offer to Brandy’ and she has gone for silent, Brandy may be under shock.
No, There is no proper communication has been received from Brandy, and she never show the intention to accepting the offer from Allie or not. So Allie does not owe to Brandy
Yes it is expired, the offer didn't made with any particular time, It could be expired with the reasonable time. once brandy walks away without asking time or showing intention to accepted the offer to Allie it got expired.
Additional Information is whether brandy showed any willing to accept or reject the offer, or Brandy asked any time for consideration the offer.
If the Brandy asked any time to Allie the offer could not be expired, allie need to wait for the reply from Brandy.
