they may really faced any kind of problems with the male coworkers at their office. but what they are doing is not correct, infact they are transforing as psychos. hate the problem or the characteristic but dont hate the people. it never provides solutions to their problems, instead of it, it causes to increase the problems in the work place.
when it comes to law or regulations, if they are in a correct way and implementing in the correct way then there are no chances to these kind of problems at work places.
