During this work session, Paul felt chilly. Paul lit a bundle of rags and wood chips in order to start a small flame so that he could warm up. Unfortunately, because of the fire, the bananas that Paul and Barbie had discussed blew up and turned into useless "banana mush." Now Barbie wants to accept the banana offer. Writing on the banana skin does not consitute any offer. A written documents issued by the organization or the company only constitute an offer. Writing on banana skin is equivalent to writing on sand. This does not constitute any offer and any acceptance of offer just by accepting it over the banana skin.
To be legally enforceable in the court of law, the offer and acceptance must be signed and a registererd document.
