Services might include movies you attended, a car service that you had done, a personal care experience such as a haircut or manicure, a lecture that you attended, a bar you visited, etc Products might include health and beauty, clothing, sport equipment, etc.
Choose two of the services and two of the products on your list. One should be an example of a service and of a product that you received that you were happy with and had a positive experience. The other should be an example of a service and of a product that you received that you were unhappy with and had negative experience. Note that you should now have narrowed your list down to four total purchasing experiences: one good product experience, one bad, one good service experience, and one bad. For each of the selected services and product that you chose, analyze why it was a positive experience or why it was a negative experience. Bad Service:
I have ordered cake on my daughters birthday. the guy who has taken the order , has not delivered the cake on time. he delayed it by one and half hour. He has not informed me the reason of getting it delayed . Here in this case , customer is not sure whether the product will be delivered to him or not till it is delivered. So it becomes a reason of worry to customer. Hence it is a bad service.
Good Service :
I have asked a decorator to decorate a hall in my appartment during my baby's first birthday. Decorator has take 10 % advance 10 days prior to my daughter ' s birthday. he called me 2 days prior to birthday to confirm the order. Then he came on the day of birthday , completed the decoration work and took the balance amount.
Here service is good as he has taken the responsiblity of work and did it on time that is agreed by him. there is no delay or follow ups done to finish the work
Good product :
I have bought a mobile phone which is working fine and absolutely same as how retailer has described it . I think it is good product as i have bought it knowing the features before buying it.
Bad product :
I have recetly bought a motor cycle. the mileage of motor cycle was 50 KMPL. but after 1 month i found the mileage is just 40KMPL. the product is not working same as that described by retailer . So it is a bad product.
